yea yea another spark plug thread

a while ago I found a huge chart with all the numbers, codes and heat ranges and **** for NGK spark plugs, I tryed searching but I cant find it...

anyway I have a y8 with a NX 50 shot wet and stock fresh plugs (ZFR5F-11), should I really be using cooler plugs, I think b16 plugs are 1 heat range cooler (BKR6E-11)

what do you think???

ngk says 1 heat range per power adder or 1 range per 100 hp over stock. 6's should be fine. i know of people making 450-500 on 7's, me i use iridium 8's in my car.

R5671A-11 is the closest I know. Willing to settle for 11's?

just goin by what ngk told me i know i know, at that point i should be running 11's too.

 

ZFR5F-11 = heat range 5

BKR6E-11 = heat range 6

Not sure about the ZF one but i always used this site for ngk plugs.

B: Thread Diameter 14mm
K: 5/8" projected tip (ISO)
R: Resistor type
6: heat Range
E: Thread Reach 19mm (3/4")
-11: Gap 1.1mm (0.044")
