Default Spark Plug question

Does anyone know what plugs to run in a stock ls motor with a drag gen III turbo kit.
My old motor that had some internal work done to it had NGK BCPR7ES in it
When I pulled the plugs in the new stock(junkyard) motor I see they have NGK ZFR5F in it.
I am running between 7 and 10 psi. I just want to make sure I am running to correct heat range in the car.
Thanks

i think your plugs are backwards. your all motor shouldve been running the 5s and the boosted one 7s

So the 5s I was running would have been a hotter plug?
So I am correct running the 7s that I posted in my orginal thread? That is the correct heat range and what not.

yup, the lower number is hotter, and the higher the colder. the 7's should be fine
