Not really, but I've never seen anyone with the copper plugs complain that their plug's electrode snapped off, tumbled around in their head, and ruined the entire motor. I've seen a few people with iridiums have that problem though.
When it comes to a turbo Honda:
You'll change more plugs with copper v-power plugs.
You'll change more engines with iridium/platinum plugs.

ok ill go with the v-powers then lol. is it just a general measurement of 28 for any plug? and since im not crazy horepower a copper plug wouldnt restrict anthing would it lol

yes 7 heat range BKR7E and gap them down to 26-28 depending if you get spark blow out you can gap them down further if needed. Im currently run my gaps 24 without a hicup
