Someone please help me,lol
OK My car is going crazy. I have a 96 civic with a 95 gsr swap, turbo kit, ect.
Ok one minute the car will drive fine and boost just fine. The next it wont boost at all just hit 0 and make a wierd air sound. Not touching anything the car will all of a sudden start boosting again. There is no set time that it does it. This moring i went to work and it wouldnt boost and when i got off it boosted fine.
What u guys think all i can think is maybe wga is going bad and sticking. I can hear it spool but no boost.

Wastegate or BOV fuckage. Sounds like BOV if you hear a whine... which is bad, the turbo is spinning to infinity and beyond and will kill itself in short order.
I'd spray your BOV down with WD40 or the like to flush out and corrosion, then dry it completely and use something that is an actual lubricant like white lithium spray/grease. WD40 is actually kerosene and evaporates.

OK I just went out and was looking for something lose or something that would make me not boost at times. Car wasnt bosting when i got home and when i turbed it on still no boost. Went to engine and notciced turbo wasnt spinning gave a lil throttle still no spinning. Turned car of and tried to spin by had and it felt jammed turn bladed the opposite way turned easy then would turn both ways. Turn car back on and had boost. This is a freshly rebuilt turbo what could be the problem. The turbo will spin for w while at idle but will stop spinning. Then a lil throttole it will spin again but again will eventually stop. Is this normal. Could i be lacking oil flow. I am using a feed line off a golden eagle sandwich.

Check that your housings are bolted down, sounds like the wheels are binding against the housing.
Sounds like it's time for the turbo to come off + rebuild, actually.

Then how come it's randomly sticking?
Turbo needs to come back off for inspection, it probably has some damage.
