Re: Some pics of Bart (HybridKOOP)
-Those turbos are t66 roller bearing turbos with Qtrim wheels.
-Steve you don't want to know how many of these Buicks we have. The last pic shows 3 of them the other 2 were in the garage. Come take your pic.
-Yes the car is street legal. But I wouldn't take it on long trips.

Re: Some pics of Bart (MIKES)
Awesome, correct me in wrong tho, the GN we made in 86 and 87 right? Colors were back and white ONLY. There are T-Types which is almost the same thing as the GN but, it has one or two things that are different. Is the ignition one of these things? Nice setup tho, those are very fast cars, ive seen one kit a 911 turbo!

About the way it looks?! Those cars are sick! Beautiful.... Imagine one with SE37K Volks on it. Drool...Drool... I have a great appreciation for the GN. I work at a drag strip, love to see the turbo cars come out.
Has anyone heard of Stan Allen, drives for Bennet motors? His new car is ruthless. Mustang Saleen with a HUUUGE turbo. 10.5's rolls through the 1/8 high 4s, low 5s. Sounds so amazing.

Re: Some pics of Bart (Ruckus138)
Thanks for the complements guys. We bought this car new in 87. It has gone through the paces since then. Grand Nationals were made in 86 and 87 (turbocharged intercooled). T-type are the exact same car, the only difference was colour and weight. Ttypes are lighter by 200 pounds and come in just about any colour you wanted were Grand Nationals were just black. We were going to lighten her up but just couldn't. Didn't have the heart to chop her up. If we could get the weight down to 3000 pounds with driver she would run bottom 8's like the rest of the twin turbo Buicks, and if the boost was cranked to 33 psi she would be a 7 sec car. I believe its just a matter of time. She makes over 1000hp so the power is there.
Ruckus138- If you are looking for a super mint GN, I am selling a friend of my Fathers GN that is showroom material. This car is so clean you can eat off every portion of this car. He is **** and replaced every possible item on this car for shows. It will run mid to low 11's easily. Check out my website at http://www.qsquared.com/carsite and look under 87Grand National New for pics and details. You will also see my brothers supercharged 351 Mustang that made 660 rear wheel at 611 ft pounds of torque under Shawns 89 LX. As you can see speed runs in the family.

Re: Some pics of Bart (MIKES)
I thought all GNs were black and the white ones were T Types or whatever they called them.
Apexii, are you joking?? Every GN on the street is fast as a ****. 3.8 is not the worst, the 307 was!!
