I used to have a turbo d16y8, apex turbo kit, vortec fmu holly 255lph pump, custom intercooler, MBC (Hallmans) Turbo XS RFL BOV, Apex Turbo Timer, 12psi of boost, blew it up though about 1 month ago and sold the setup, now i wanna build it the right way.

 

Golden Eagle or AEBS Sleeving? Whichever one is cheaper.

Hondata 4b, no go with S100 or 200

Tial Wastegate 35 or 40mm? 40mm
Turbonetics T3/To4e Turbo, t3/60-1 with .63AR, Stage 5 wheel
Revhard Intercooler 25x8x32, ok
Turbo XS RFL BOV, I'd recommend TiAL BOV just so the components match

Eagle rods on boost are only good till about 450hp.. maybe.. Some people do good with them some people dont.. Most just use crower,ross,anything else

 

go with crowers since you are already spending so much(saying that from recommendations read on this site, not from personal experience).

 

What injector size do you reccomend for this setup? 450's? 550's? and i going to need injector clips? a 3 bar map sensor for hondata s200? help!
