i have been thinkin on this topic for awhile! i have been readin as much as i can. im still very confused. i dont understand tuning or chippin ecus at all (maybe i shouldnt do a turbo). but its what I WANT. i know a guy that had a turbo on his sohc with stock wore-out everything, a hmt and i mean he should have gotten the LOW-BUDGET of the year award for sure. but anyway all he was sum old fmic, fmu, thats all on atleast 12lbs.

i have y8 bubble IM, bmcrace.com log turbo manifold(on order), dsm 14b, dsm 450's, and a PG7 ecu. im goin to order a jrc 6" fmic and a msd 3-bar map. ive been told to get a PM6 ecu so i can get it chipped with either turboedit or uberdata. no one where i live does this from what ive found. i want 12 to 14psi !! is there sum where i can find "tuning for dummies" on turbos. i dont have a whole of money. im tryin to stay as low-budget as i can. i have a total of 325.00 invested so far the fmic & map will be another 250.00 is there anyone that can help.

or is as simple as boltin it on and crankin up the boost!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
