So... your kinda my last chance for help
Hey ppls.
Last sunday we where messing around with my actuator because it would hold a steady pressure on my internal GT2860R. We got it to work and it drove and hold boost as it should (about 1.00 bar) After 15-20 miles i suddenly lost ALL boost. There where no bad sounds as it happend (was doing highway around 160 miles an hour).
It will go from - vaccum and up til 0 and no more.
We have checked:
Pipes for leakages x150 times
Hoses and lines x150 times
Put pressure on the actuator to see if the arm was stuck
Taken of Downpipe to check wastegate and put pressure on to see if it would open (it was closed as normal when no pressure).
Checked the turbo wheel (dont know the english word) to see if it was stuck or not rotating right.
Checked Intercooler for cracks
Tryed blowing in the blow of to see if it was stuck at open position.
Tryed with another bleedvalve and without bleedvalve
There are NO sound of leakages or anything and the motor is idling fine and running as it should with no boost.
Please help me ppl, i dont know what else to check??? This is driving me mad!!

Sounds like you have a massive boost leak. A leaking BOV will usually make sounds. A bad WG diphragm will usually build some boost at high RPM (valve is always open, but WG ends up creeping). An exhaust leak will create extra noise in the engine bay, and usually lots of soot (black dust). A torn/loose coupler can leak all boost sometimes, and is usually the case. Some cheap intercoolers will leak too.
In most cases its an exhaust gasket, a bad coupler, or cracked pipe. I'd think its the WG actuator in this case. If you block the nipple outlet with your finger, then move the rod in and out, a good WG should put pressure or suction on your finger. A bad WG diaphragm will allow all the air to bypass it.

true advice but to the OP if you already did what I underlined then that shouldnt be the problem, as to what it is I dont know I read and it dosent make sense if all your testing was performed properly it should work so ???
