well so far i checked for leaks in the charge pipes and even changed the wastegate and still no boost. i'm running a .42 a/r t3 turbo with a internal wastegate.

-first off i have a vaccume leak for the boost gauge and its only a small leak. this means i should still get boost right?

-my fuel pressure is at 50 psi and i can't fix it. i have a walbro 255 fuel pump, DSM 450's injecotrs and a vortec fpr. i still can't adjust the the fuel pressure to be a 40 psi and the fpr is screwed all the way out. please tell me how to fix this problem.

-could it be my acuator that is messed up? i made the wastegate closed all the way and i still see no boost. well i do see alittle boost my not over 1 psi and the pressure just starts dropping around 6500 rpm.

-And last, i also notice that the air that is blowing out from the nipple of the turbine housing seems like its not blowing hard enough or not enough air is coming out from that nipple to push the wastegate. can someone tell me if the amount of air coming from that nipple matters and if so how do i fix it.

You sure one of your clamps didn't come off any of the intercooler pipping?
