first off what color is the smoke, i am sure that you know that turbo cars in general blow a little smoke out the tail pipe on the top end or under boost. If the car is running fine and such it may just be normal. I would suggest getting, or hooking up a wide band to see what shape the fuel and a/r's are at, then worry about your cp. It may just be normal blow by or you could need a valve adjustment.

white usually means collant, but if you putting in a quart a week maybe it's your seals. Check your return line for kinks and are you running a restrictor on the feed line and what size is you feed line. Also what is your oil pressure if you know it. You may just have too much oil going to the turbo, but a quart a week is A LOT to put in.

you should do a leak down test. take out your spark plug and try to look inside to see if it dry inside. having oil on top of your piston will yield to a good compression even if your rings are toast....
