OH HELL YA! That is way too low. im surprised you havent ruined the turbo yet. i would suggest fixing it before driving it again if at all possible. No offense but thats the worst i have seen yet.

not to mention in the first pic not only is it way to low but it looks like it comes down and then bends and angles back up at a slight slope which even above the oil level in the pan could cause problems.

Your oil return line needs to be higher up in the pan, and the oil should never have to flow uphill. That looks more like an oil drain than a return.

You want the tap into the pan to be as high as possible, and if possible have the fitting on an angle pointing up at the turbo.

Do you have pics of where the turbo sits in relation to the drain? A pic of the whole drain assembly would help.

Shorten the hose and the bung should be as high up on the pan as possible between two pan bolts so its no in the way. Stop driving it or you will ruin that turbo. Its worse when cold because oil pressure is higher

weld a bung as high as possible in the straightest line possible form the turbo. put the bung between 2 of the pan bolts so its not in your way when u want to drop the pan. use a min of -10 or 1/2 inch hose i prefer -12 or 5/8 make sure it doesnt dip before it goes in the pan. the only thing taking the oil back to the pan is gravity so u must let it do its job.
