Blue/white Smoke only at idle.
HeadGasket or Turbo(return line?)

Mine is doing the same damn thing. I believe my problem is that I need to shorten my oil return line and run smaller oil feed line.

smaller feed line isnt gonna make a difference, 4 an is most common, you're still gonna get the same oil pressure no matter what line you use.

4 would be big, you would need a restrictor

Funny my car does it too, but not all the time, but yes mostly at idle.. Some days its normal, Ive been trying to solve this as well..

yup, you definitely need a restrictor, which is a good idea on hondas anyway, there's a lot of excess oil pressure in hondas that tries to puch oil past the seals, I've heard of several cases of this, the restrictor always fixed it

it could be too much pressure going in....but I'm thinking it's the return line, which is not letting enough oil back into the pan fast enough, causing it to push past the seals and get sucked into the engine....
