Default SLK230 Eaton SC on a Honda - What kind of pressure?

Just wanting to see if anyone has put the SLK230 Eaton supercharger on a Honda. Has anyone actually done it, or is it all hearsay? What kind of pressure does it push (on what size pipes, etc...)? I'm looking at one that is made to spin "backwards" to work like it is supposed to on a Honda, and I'm just trying to do some research. Thanks

What size is it? I've heard of people adapting the M90 from the old thunderbird SC. Thats sounds cool.

I'm running an m62 jrsc, so I don't think it would be worth it.

Yeah, I'm coming from the M45, so I hear ya. I was just wondering if anyone had ran it before, because I've read twice of someone getting 11psi out of it, with intercooler. The main reason why I want to do this is to run an intercooler, but I doubt the boost will be enough to make it worth while. Especially since the SC pulley on the SLK M62 looks to be a LOT bigger than the JRSC pullies...

I also found out that the SLK runs 7psi with intercooler. I figure it may be somewhere around there for a Honda, who knows.

I remember seeing somebody mounted an SC parallel to the engine(Subaru) and had the SC blowing the air into a tube routed to the intake of the car. Pretty cool

Pretty much the same deal.

Anyone else? Now I've heard that Tim the Stick and Mistabone have both run this setup, but the rotors were spinning backwards. But I can't find any info on HT or any other site for that matter...

its called the Air Kompressor supercharger and very kits exist. there was one for sale on ebay a while back mounts where initially the a/c compressor would be. problem with the setup is the bracket/bolts wont support the weight of the blower and ends up breaking on a regular basis. pretty neat idea considering you can turn it on an off with the flip of a switch thanks to the electric clutch Mad Max style haha. anyway i would think adapting an m90/m62 similar to the way endyn has done would be time well spent.

Its not a kit. Maybe someone's one off bracket wasn't made to sturdy, and it broke. I'm aware of the Endyne 'conversion' for the M62 to fit on a D series, but I'm wanting to run an intercooler. The Endyne kit bolts on just like the JRSC setup, which means you have to run an aftercooler or injection to cool the charge air.

it's an m45 or an mp45

not an m62

i have one on my 1.8l C200 kompressor
the older kompressors were 2.2 litre motors so they could nudge some 240-250hp out of them...

none of them (as far as i'm aware are m62's)

I'm running 15 psi w/ Endyn modded m62 blower, and no intercooler. Run's very strong, and not as hot as you might think.

Eaton Benz blower is a M63, get your numbers correct.

Tim gave up the project, he's playing with a 740 CID Pro Mod car, 2400+ hp on the BOTTLES.

Only thing holding me back is having a header made to fit MY bracket that I made at Tim's shop. Tim's setup used the stock exhaust manifold which hung the blower out from the motor a bit.

I've talked with Dave @ SMS-Products, only a matter of $$$$ and then time.

I've had time but no $$$$, been jobless quite a long time, since 11/2004.

Is that true:
"problem with the setup is the bracket/bolts wont support the weight of the blower and ends up breaking on a regular basis."
If it is true I need some recommendations... ?

Wow, this is an oldie. My homemade bracket is holding up well, just have to get my belt tensioner sorted out:
