Default sleeving an LS?

I want to rebuild my 95's engine for turbo duty. When is it nessesory to sleeve the block? I want to run at most 12psi. I will run 10psi daily driven. Could a Properly built bottom end do this without sleeving? Also the head has 99,000 mile should I get it P&P for turbo or just a simple valve job? Any other suggestions?

Im doing the same.. i hear that if you tune it properly the stock sleeves have been seen to do 11s on the 1/4 mile. So boosting 10-12 pounds would be safe. Remember tuning is the key! As far as the p&p head... i would also like to know! let us know what you decide to do
