Default simple answer on oil line and restrictor please

hey all, I'm getting mixed answers on what to use on a ball bearing 6765,
currently it has the built in restrictor and a -3 line, built b18c1 btw

Call precision turbo and ask, they have real good customer service

Actually. They don't.. they generalize way too much on an application they know little about.

For the ball-bearing series that is air cooled, they typically still use a .030" just like the Garrett steel ball-bearing cartridges. Check with precision to ask ONLY what the oil pressure to the turbo should be. Asking about whether or not a -3AN or -4AN is a moot point and they will give an extremely generic answer. When you ask a question with more specificity, they tend to grow a few more brain cells and are able to answer.

So you're saying to use a .030" restrictor on top of the one that comes pre fitted on the turbo?
