Default Signs of a bad wideband sensor?

What are signs of a wideband O2 sensor going bad?

As of right now I am using a used zeitronix wideband unit and during constant throttle under low loads the afr will shoot up way lean randomly. Would this be signs of an O2 sensor going bad?

ive heard that they read stoich all the time like people are saying...

however i had one go bad and it was reading about 2-3 full afr points lower that my motor was actually running. if your concerned, its definately not worth the risk. hit a dyno or get a new sensor
