Should Eagle rods be installed in a certain direction?

The little hole gets attached to the piston and the big hole goes on the crank

the engine was build by myself with the help from an expert builder,this guys had a ef sohc vtec running 11.7 on stock sleves and full interior and a crx runing 11.3 sohc vtec on nos.and a gsr running mid 10 on street trim.

Tangs toward the exhaust for proper oiling. Nothing to do with rod strength or rotation etc.
