Jeesus christ man. I normally tell people to calm down and stuff, but man, that really hurts seeing your car gone. I have never loved a vehicle like that, but i know i could... God damn... I feel for you man.. I was in vegas during that time also for the sema show....

Damn, that sucks man...I feel really bad... The scary thing is it could be anybody... It could be someone that lurks around on these boards and knows what mods you have... It could be someone you popped your hood for... I really dont know who to trust around my car... Whats the world coming to these days when you cant spend money on your hobby and enjoy the fruits of your labor? People work hours to pay for these mods and they get stolen.. this is one of the reasons why i dont pop my hood for strangers... I have a one car garage and i want to buy a supra next year in addition to my teg...but from all indication, it looks like my teg is the one that is going to be in the garage and not the supra... Honda thefts are way too much especially here in jersey.. My girlfriend lives in an apartment complex and wanted to buy an ITR or an S4 but now she cant buy any of those cars 'cos they are the two most stolen cars in New Jersey.. What happened to being able to spend your money freely? I really hope that the parking lot tapes show exactly who did it and the person ******* goes to jail for life..

You guys need to move to the south Georgia. A couple of months ago, me and my roommates had a trailer stolen out of our yard. Funny thing is, my car(MR 00si) and his car(EBP 99si) were completely untouched. I'm sure one day it will get bad down here but for now all the rednecks/white trash/thieves don't even notice Honda's.

 

Hopefully the casino video tape will provide some information.

Hey man,

Im not really from this board and I dont even own a honda. Im actually a domestic chevy guy. Though I am not a domestic/import fighter, we all love cars and love to push them to the limit thats whats important.

But I know how bad it must be to see what you put so much time, effort and money into just dissappear. Some people have no idea what they have stolen.

So what if they rip off some stock BMW, its no big deal but when they steal a car like that. All the work all the time that car is unique and could never be replicated or replaced.

I hope you find the car at least if not the people responsible. This is something that everyone in the community can understand how bad it is. Whats really sad is we will prob never know what that car could really do after tuning.

I hope you can find passion in the sport again my friend and I hope those ******* who took your car end up getting shot on thier next boost.

update :

an investigator has been assign to my case, but unfortunately, their main concern is finding the thiefs, not MY CAR....they can careless about the car, I guess they have better grip of reality than me....btw, I couldn't reach him today, so I left a msg, all I wanted was the tape of the casino...

most of the ppl I talked to, may think it was an inside job of the casino...who knows ?

I really really appreciate all the supportts, kind words, encouragement from all you guys....it makes me smile sometimes to think how close we're all are, eventhough, I never met most of you guys...( my honda tech meet list is in the 60's )

but I'll keep you posted, all I want right now is just to move on...I am still in disbelief, it's been a week now...but I need to focus on getting my life back again...

 

man, this was a hard post to read. I have watched you leave FI go NA and come back, keeping tabs on your project all the way. it sucks man, i caouldnt imagine, but i know that sick feeling you get, you would do anything to make it go away and bring your car back. Well good luck in the future Stan. Dont make any rash decisions about leaving the sport all together, no matter how rough it gets you will allways have family here. Good luck with everything Stan.

Vegas is horrible, man... I have a friend who took his brand new Navigator to a hotel/casino there, VALET parked it RIGHT in front in open sight, and somehow "someone" broke in and stole thousands of dollars in electronics and photographic equipment. Inside job? Naaaaah.

I know there aren't any words that will bring your car back but the support you have gotten from everyone here is really amazing. It makes me proud to be a honda guy and a car guy.

I was out at SEMA last week and I saw your car. Reminds me of my own little lady.

BIG MAJOR UPDATE : they found the car, actually they arresteed the ************ who stole it....this morning, early morning..

the car is at the impound with the status of driveable...I dunno the exact condition of her at this point, I am getting in touch with one of H-T member in las vegas to see if he can take a look at it per my behalf, this would give me an idea wether to drive down and drive it back to LA or tow it to LA...

hang on guys...

PS: I was pinching myself though it was a dream, but it's not.....
holly ****, this is crazy and unbelieveable, I am just hoping she's allright and in one piece....
