Default Shaving the block/turbo

Last night I started shaving the webbing on my B18 so that my manifold and turbo could fit on. It's a UGR cast manifold that's a/c compatible. I had to shave the webbing, part of the side where the serial # is, and also the block piece on the t3/t4 where the label is. Still doesn't fit, but very close. Just a little more and it will fit.

Has anyone had this issue?!

what turbo? 4-bolt? they usually require more shaving. can be kinda scary sometimes.

It's a 5 bolt.

I just wanted to make sure that this is the right things to do. Not that I can go back on it now, but the shaving is going good. It'll definitely fit when I've got it all shaved and smooth. then I can throw on the a/c stuff etc...

thanks
