Default Is this shaft good.?

I took my turbo apart and have a question about the shaft. on the turbine there seems to be a ring and then a bit after that there is another groove. is there supposed to be a ring there also? i have the area boxed in. also how far is the shaft supposed to go in? and also i have noticed that there are grooves on the shaft i dont know if theyre supposed to be there someone take a look. (picture 2) someone help me out

come on guys 120 views and none can answer my question? this is the forced induction section someone definetly knows how the shaft on a t3/t4 is supposed to look.

ive seen this already..that dont help me the pictures arent specific enough when it comes to the end of the shaft. i cant make out according to the picture of there is a ring there or not

the grooves are suppost to be there and the groove on the hot side there is not suppost to be a ring there just one ring. what i do is i tape up the shaft and them i take the ring out and sand blast the wheel and the lil groove and i sand blast everything and when you are done sand blasting the wheel take 1000 grit sand paper and sand the shaft then take 2000 grit and then all the burnt oil makers should be gone. hope this helps

thanks i have one more question. How far in is the shaft supposed to go? the ring on the shaft is sort of a stopper/sealer correct? when im putting the turbine back in do i just leave the ring on the edge where it seems to be like a groove?

what i do is i put the shaft in and spin it then tap it in with my hand it will snap in
