Selecting Injector Size.
Hello, i have recently put together my ls-t and now its time for bigger injectors, fuel pump, and a modified ecm. My setup is a 96 integra ls. Here are my mods.
ACL bearings
Micropolished crank
Eagle rods
Wiseco 9.3:1 pistons
Crower dual valve springs and ti retainers
Turbonetics turbo kit.
Turbonetics Boost Controler
I have maxed out the Turbonetics ability to add fuel. Sadly enough the fuel injector controller included with the kit only will enrich efficiently up to 9psi. since I have a built block I am looking to run almost twice that. I have already purchased a OBDII-->OBDI conversion harness, virgin P06, Moates chipping kit (also sprung for an extra chip), and moates burner 1 chip programer. I have tuned a few NA vehicles and am going to tune my ride also. I am stuck on what size fuel pump and injectors to get. I know that I will also need to get a fpr but those are an easy pick. I was thinking about running a 190lph walbro but I see that everyone on these forums runs a 255lph. I was afraid that the 255lph would send my fp through the roof, to the point that i would not be able to get it into spec with a fpr. I also see that most people are running dsm 450cc injectors or rc 550cc injectors. I was thinking about running rc 750cc injectors but I was concerned that I would not be able to pull enough fuel out of the system while out of boost to run these. My car will mostly be for street but will occasionaly see the track. I just want to keep the drivability of the vehicle. If it matters I plan on tuning with uberdata. My goals are 350-400 whp. I will be adding cams and a port and polish over the winter. Please tell me what you guys think will work the best.
Thanks
Ken
P.S. I ofcoarse will be getting rid of the piggy back systems once i install my chipped ecm.

walbro 255 pump and rc saturated 750cc injectors. thats the set up i use on a daily basis. good up to around 400whp or so and still able to get 32-34mpg on average. the RC injectors (to me anyways) are much easier to work with when tuning.
depending upon how efficient your setup is and various other factors, ive seen 750cc injectors able to break 500 whp.
so 400 whp is easily in reach with these injectors.

Thanks for the input. What type of fp are you running with that setup? What are your duty cycles at when around 400whp? What other fuel systme modifications are you running on your setups? I appologize for all the questions, I just want to make sure that my system is up to par.
at one point i had 255 hp 1700cc injectors, stock fuel rail and stock fpr on stock block. it idled and ran perfect. obviously this was way overkill, but it was part of a build up.
now i have 255hp (for sale soon) 1700 cc injectors, ge fuel rail, areomotive fpr and built block. im upgrading to areomotive fuel pump soon.
one thing to make sure u have enough of is fuel...now there is a such thing as too big, ur injectors can be out of there efficany range, i was just planning ahead
. but u should be good in ur choices.
