Default Secondary o2 sensor question..

I am pretty sure I have the right idea, but I just want to make sure since I dont want to do something stupid.

My car is an 00 integra and I am wondering since I am going to convert to OBD1 for neptune do I need to even worry about the second O2 sensor? If it doesn't matter I was just going to have the shop put a hole in the cat and screw in the second o2 sensor and call it a day.

Thanks in advance!

you can do that. or you can cut it if you dont plan on going back to obd2. on my 00 civic i made a test pipe since i dont need a cat with my setup and i just zip-tied mine to my shift linkage really tight. didnt really wanna cut it and just have wires chillin there.

Well I would need it for inspection and I dont want it just hanging so.I wouldnt mind screwing it into something, but at least I am on the right track!

I guess just put some foil around it before you tie it?

Hmm you dont think debris could damage it that way? Or is it sturdy enough you think to take abuse if you needed to use it again?

its on top of the shift linkage, i kinda doubt anything will happen, but anything CAN happen. cant argue with that.
