Hi Guys,

Just curious if anyone out there is running a low compression LS/Vtec boosted application and what oil pressure you're seeing while cruising? If you could name speed and rpm that'd be great.

I'm asking because I find (currently only on 3psi but upgrading soon) and not putting my foot into the gas I'm at 50psi. Is this normal? low? high?

i think my cruising is 60psi 25mph or 50
when i go wot its a little higher

i will let you know next time i take my car for a spin

Per helms...doesen't matter boosted or now.

AT LEAST 10psi @ idle, 50psi @ 3000rpms.

hmm i think somethings wrong with my sender because i see 50 psi at start-up, idle, and cruising lol.

at startup the oil pressure will be very high mine is around 80+psi because of the cold oil, but once its warmed up it should drop

the colder your oil is the higher the pressure will be. i see 80-90PSI during cold start @idle and 16-18psi once warm.

I got about 100psi cold and about 30 psi warm @ idle.
