Default scammed....????

I think i got fucked...here so i opened a dispute....what should i do.... (wallawalla)
sold me a turbo kit with dual ball bearing turbonetics 50 trim brand new.... its not ball bearing and its not new... it has carbon build up aroun exhaust housing... i did not recieve the fuel rail heat rap or extra intercooler piping.... the greddy bov isnt greddy...its a knock off...im told the turbo isnt even a turbonetics that its just in a turbonetics housing... but im not sure of this yet...i call him and no respond....im sure there is more that i left out but thats all i can think of right..now

btw... intercooler piping didnt fit.. i had to cut and reweld...and the intercooler is a ssautochrome.... he told me he wasnt sure of brand but it was a good intercooler that would support a 450 hp

i dont know how to post a link to what i bought but if you do a search you will see it

he is from the chicago area if anyone knows him tell him to call me or somehting i wanna resolve this otherwise... i will have to take legal action

To post a link just open the page that the "goods" are on, copy the address from your address bar in your browser window, and then paste it in your post.

So far I've had a good experience with everything I've bought except one thing..luckily the turbokit I bought was from a great guy to deal with and was very personably, still waiting on some information on the steering wheel though..

Most of the ebay turbos have chinese turbine housings with the turbonetics 'T' cast into it, or at least they did. All of those auctions also claim 450 hp because the typical 57trim they sell is the same dimensions as the Garrett turbo, which is rated for 450 hp.

Measure the turbo's inducer/exducer sizes, its probably a 57trim. That alone will give you leverage. With turbos, the typical 'bearings' are the bronze lubricated bushings, which are usually called bearings. Ball bearings are obviously different, and saying that is was when it wasn't gives you more leverage, as thats misrepresenting the product. They can argue about it being used (you could have run it, etc), but they can't dispute the turbo size/bearings. As for the BOV, thats a given. If it doesn't have GREDDY cast into the base on both sides, its a knockoff.

But as mentioned, if they don't know the brand, that means they do, they just won't admit something that will cut its value to 1/10th their asking price.

This seems to be the kit:

From what I gather, he sold all that crap to finish his 65 ford fairlane. Give me $200 and an adress, and I'll drive down there to smash his windows and hammer on the body panels.
