Default sc50 turbo on LS vtec?

just wondering if you guys think this might be too smal. ill be boosting 12psi and 8000rpm redline. let me know

what about a garrrett t3/4 57 trim?

That's exactly what I'm going for on a GSR motor with my Precision SC50 .48 a/r.

Should be pretty bad-***.

i have an ls/v w/ a garrett .50 trim .63a/r (same thing as sc50) and its currently @ 12-13 psi. It's a great turbo, and if you only plan on having 300 hp you'll be fine. btw it gets full boost @ 4500rpm and pulls to redline
I'm not sure how the .48a/r is but it might run out of breath by 8krpm

There have been .48 a/r 50-trims run pas 8500rpm and still making power.

It'll be fine.
