sc34 and lsvtec?
im haveing trouble sizing the turbo i need. basicaly i am ooking at the sc3 b/c of spool time and natural power curve. my friend toyosupr has his built b16 crx running and a big t3/t4. dont know exact #'s on it but it doesnt spool till 5k rpm. it rips hard after that. i want it spooled by 4-4200 and i want 300whp at 10psi. it will be tuned with zdyne gold and the motor has 9.4:1 CR.
one more thing
will a .48ar hot .60ar cold t3 t4 have good spool time and pull to 8k and achieve the numbers i want b/c i can get these for like $400.

For the numbers that you require for your particular application, the .48 a/r hot might be a little too small. It will spool up very nicely, and stay till about 6000rpms. your power band might fall off slightly at the top end

sc34
I have a brand new sc34 with a .63 a/r turbine. I haven't put it on yet, Im having a hard time deciding, probably because my car is running so damn well, with the sc61 on there now.
I just thought I would enjoy the faster spooling of the sc34, maybe I will find out sometime soon. . . maybe not.
This probably didn't necessarily help you, just thought I would share.
