safe LS/vtec boost

What is a safe boost for racing with a stock ls bottom end with a thick head gasket, head studs, and block guard with a built portflow b16 head

I am boosting 10lbs and made 280whp with a 2 1/4in exhaust. Stock block and stock head. I only boost 7lbs daily though although I dont see boost much cause I'm always in traffic! lol
