Default SAFC 'hack' questions.

I read :

http://www.turbod16.com/viewtopic.php?t=2118

and understand the basics. I also understand that its not the greatest route to go. I still want to get something like AEMEMS/uberdata/hondata but I'm trying to figure out all my options.

to start off I am a d16y8 OBDII, with a goal of 8 psi on a garrett T3/T4 .48 hot .60 compressor.

My Qs:

1. Someone mentions that the newer version of the AFCs have the abilibty for multi maps... its one the top of page 3 of the link. I dont exactly follow... could some one eleborate on that more.

2. What about timing? how does the ability to no control timing come into play exactly? i am a total n00b about how timing affects the car exactly.

3. so if you had bigger injectors lets say dsm 450cc and you would need to take away 46% (240cc/450cc = 54%/100%) to make them act stock... would driving with NO boost with an AFC mean the car would think nothing has changed and run almost exaclty the same?

4. So the say that running the afc at 35%-30% is what should be needed (starting point) does that mean that a turbo'd car only needs about 10-15% more fuel to run? I always thought that it was something like less percentage at low boost and higher percentage at low boost.

Confusing still = [
