Default ???????safc???????

i just installed the safc on my 90 crx w/zc and i had it in the monitoring mode and noticed that the rpms are off a bit anyone else notice that also i get NO pressure reading i called apexiusa and they said hondas dont give pressure reading i just wanted to know if anyone else noticed this

All Hondas operate using speed-density i.e. MAP sensor. You should, in fact, get a pressure reading but the numbers will be negative until you reach full throttle, where you should get a zero reading.

As for the RPMs being off check your settings, namely the number of cylinders. It shoud be 4 (hopefully) and the arrow should be pointed up.

I believe you just didn't play with the initial settings on the S-AFC. Make sure the thing is set for your car and as a last note, make sure the that sensor type is correct. Best thing to do is bring it to an experienced tuner who has experience setting the AFCs.

sensor type should be 6 in, 6 out, I believe...
