He said the ECU started another car so its not an issue with the ECU. It sounds like an issue with the calibration. I wouldn't put any faith in a basemap. Go through all the settings in you calibration, sensors, injectors etc. Make sure its all set correctly. Then try adjusting crank fuel.

never said it was the ecu, i have had an issue where pins were making poor connections, and the difference from one car to the next, was the tension on the pins.

i think muck has someting on the cranking fuel trim. my car runs fine, but had an issue with a hot restart.

adj the cranking fuel trim and all is well.

are the plugs fouling? or no fuel at all? will it start on 2+2?
just throwing out ideas isaac.

i know dan has id1000s in his car, you may be able to get his tune and see if that helps. i would send you mine but im rc1200s.

correct bat offset for the injectors being used? running a resistor box if needed? what map sensor? does it sound at al like it wants to start? if the car runs on stock injectors with stock ecu but not on thes300 with stock injectors then somethgin is up with the ecu. could be a dry socket on one of the pins and intermitantly maks connection? have you pulled the injectors and confirmed there not spraying?

im using a 4bar map sensor ... and It just cranks over .. Does not want to start unless i spray some starting fluid in her.. I have uploaded a program on a all motor setup with the hondata and she fires right up in a friends car.. And there is a resistor box being used on the car.. and as far as the injectors not firing i hooked up a noid light and seen no signal what so ever.. I can check the pins but i wouldnt think that be the problem being how it started in another car

Then you have a wiring issue in your car. That's the only logical explination or a bad resistor box
