I posted in the hybrid forum about this and I got no response.. I put together a swap for a buddy of mine that consists of a obd0 b16a into an 92 cx. I have everything wired properly (obd1 distributer, injectors, engine harness, and a p30) with no codes. It idles a little rough but not to bad. I checked timing and its dead nuts on the cam and crank. When I advance the distributer (pushing it backward) it cleans it up a little but still wont rev smooth.. when It is set in the middle the motor bogs and wont rev..

u sure there is no cel's how the plugs and plug wire and dizzy look? whats ur fuel pressure?

 

Well I swapped out the plugs and wires from my car which runs fine. The cap has a slight crack on the coil but Ive seen worse run better..lol I got the **** shocked out of me just a few mins ago while adjusting the timing. I also tried my distributer on it and it sounded the same.
The plugs looked rich. The car revs like the map is semi not seeing vac but it is secure with no leaks.
