Default Running richer than before

I have a turbo b18b in my Integra, I don't think the specs are important for this question so here goes. Lately my setup has been running richer than it was tuned to, by that I mean high 10s low 11s as opposed to a steady 12 at WOT like before. Any ideas as to what could be causing this?

I cleaned my filter and even ran it without the filter for a bit to see if there was air restriction but that's not it. I have no CEL. It still runs well and pulls hard but the AFRs are not right according to my wideband, and I noticed a drop in fuel efficiency.

My dizzy misfires at partial throttle so I know its not in top shape and I plan on exchanging it soon. Given these details, any ideas?

how long you been running this setup? Might be time for a tune up?

^ What would you consider a tune up to be?

Is it getting hotter where you live? That typically happens when you tune in colder weather.

Honestly you're probably right because lately it's warmer and muggier than it was when I had it tuned. I had the car tuned in september of last year and it's now almost june. Would a matter of 10 degrees make the difference you think?

its the weather and humidity, especially since the car compensates to a point based off of baro and iat

So you think that 10 degrees warmer weather mixed with higher humidity and my car possibly not compensating properly could be causing me to run richer?

Fair enough... I'm still gonna bring it to my tuner for a compression test and datalogging just to make sure everything is good.
