Those are very nice but i know they will run you more than 40 bucks and that is where I think the ebay kit is a good deal?I mean how can they mess up some wire and terminals right?

Go to the parts store or stereo shop and get some wire and terminals.Wiring is not the place to cheap out and for 40-50 bucks you could do a good, clean solid job of it.If you are lazy or incapable of hooking up a ground cable then spend the money for a nice kit.

I would say get a better kit. Those terminals are around ten bucks a piece and for some good stranded wire in a 8 gauge will run you about a dollar a foot. That would start adding up quick

I just used some amp power wire on my car and got some of those gold terminal connectors for the batt and the starter. The car started easier, ran much smoother. Definetly worth the $25 I spent.

there is no need for those kits

its a good thing i saw this cause am about to redo my grounds too, but wanted to check if these are the only areas to look into?

1- Alternator ground
2- starter ground
3- valve cover ground
4- thermostat ground

there could be others, but i think the above are the essential ones right?

i would ground the head instead of the valve cover. Redo the Tranny Chassis ground with something nice. and some people even say do the intake manifold ground.

is there such thing as too many grounds? I mean I could run a lot of extra grounds...but is there any cons? Definitely looking into this

I'm pretty sure theres no need to spend $200 on grounds unless they can suck you off every time you drive your car.

You can do all the grounds for you car with 1/0 gauge wire (might as well go big) for about $20-40. It just depends on how much wire you need and if your going to use an inline fuse from your alternator to positive battery terminal. There should be no reason to buy a kit or spend more than $50. It's pretty simple dude.
