Default running lean

when the engine is cold, my car never leans out and the car runs very strong but as soon as the engine warms up the car starts to lean out alittle and the cars hesitates. It's mainly in the 1st & 2nd gears. I have a msd inline fuel pump, stock injectors with a vortech 12:1 fmu, fuel pressure gauge under the hood and a b&m fuel pressure regulator. Can someone help a fellow honda owner out? Is this a timming issue? Thanks for your help
