from the comments i have heard in the past. ross pistons are pretty good qualitly........although they are kinda heavy in comparison to other brands and they require more piston to wall clearence than other brands also which will cause more cold start piston slap than normal.

doesnt ams use them in all their built evo motors? i think if they withstand the massive amounts of abuse their 988whp silver evo is making then they will work pretty good in anything else as well

ross pistons are big in the DSM world, and i've also had a friend use them in an odd 16v VW build. i seem to remember them being a rather quiet piston. i would consider them over an SRP or similar piston, just off of personal/close friend's experiences no real numbers or tests though.
