Rod Caps???
Ok i think i might know whats causing my oil pressure prob. and would it be that if i put my Rod Caps on backwards cause low oil pressure...like i mean do the bearing groves have to be on the same side or oposite of each other?

bearing grooves should be on the same side of the rod and on the exhaust side of the block, thats how the rods are cut and they have to go back the same way or you will have serious misalignment. i cant see it causing oil issues more than strait up bearing failure.

It's been a while since i bolted my motor together, but I'm pretty sure that the rods end caps were notched to prevent you from putting them on backwards...? Just off the top of my head, but I am pretty sure they made it a little more foolproof than that. You may have, however, put the actual rods in backwards, but who knows. You built it
