Ripped wastegate diaphragm (part 2)
After taking tial wastegate apart, I've discovered the following:
Vacuum fitting was screwed in too far and rubbed against the diaphram, causing it tears all around. So be carefull when installing fittings in similar products or you'll end up like me.
I also noticed surface marks, will this cause any problems?

boost spike and inconsisten boost spike depending on how you apply the thotlle, higher spike if downshift then going full throttle in same gear.
in my case it started with a small tear, i understand why my setup started to spike a little way back and kept increasing as time went by, i couldn't drive the car normal when it started being very inconstent and discovered all these tears.

I dont think he used the provided fitting. A pic of his fitting would be nice

Re: Ripped wastegate diaphragm (si2die4)
it was a 35mm wastegate (its same thing except 38mm ports), i used a differnet (brass) fitting, unfortunatelly it was few mm longer and punctured the diaphram during install, i reused it and added a few washers now that i know how it looks on the inside.. oh well, **** happens.
