Re: Rich777's B16 engine build
Hey Rich, did you ever end up installing the Omni clutch master cylinder? If so, how do you like it sir? I actually just bought one for my car and it should be here by the end of the week.

No I never. I ended up getting a Exedy OE replacement (which feels the same as my OEM did). I'm happy with how it is...
Let me know how you get on with it please.

Will do sir but I have driven my cousin's Del Sol which I installed the Omni clutch master in about 3 years ago now and it is still going strong. As I stated before in your thread, it does make your pedal ALOT stiffer but I do not mind it. The reason I bought the Omni is because my OEM clutch master is on its way out.

Nah, I have a comp stage 4.The guy who is doing my dyno tuning has recommended that I purchase a new fuel pump (I currently have a Walbro 255 - he recommended me to purchase a 340).After that it's off to London I go for a tune.
You're to cheap to be true.

The clutch is fine man, in fact I quite like it. I'd recommend it to others.
Yeah, I'll be using our pump PETROL which is 99 octane (Geez man, I need to give you a real English lesson sometime j/k ). The guy who is going to be doing my tuning recommended that I upgraded it just to be on the safe side. I might be shooting higher than 400whp. It depends on how I feel on the day and what my tuner recommends when we've gone over everything in full.
Are you still running stock driveshafts ? I've been told I should think about upgrading them as well ideally.

Your tuner is over cautious. The Walboro 255 is can WALK over 400whp, there's no need to change that out, really.. Most SUPRA guys used to run that turbo to 600whp.
I mean, if you just want to spend the money, sure, but for 99RON Petrol, there's no need to do it at all, you're more than fine. I'm still on one at over 530whp, and going strong.... For 7 years.

This ^. From what I'm told, guys who say the Walbro 255 can't keep up usually have grounding or power delivery issues where voltage to the pump drops significantly. I did a simple relay setup on mine to replace the puny factory wiring, and it never sees below 14v.

In for results lucky you have 99 octane at the pump, but from my understanding gas is not cheap there. I guess on the contrary we have E85 here ( Limited tho) Do you guys have E85 over there?

Re: Rich777's B16 engine build
Did you set an appointment for your dyno tune yet sir? I am so stoked right now! I just received an email from Greg at GO-Autoworks and all of my parts that I ordered from him is shipping out today. The only parts that I am still waiting for to get shipped out now is the turbo and intercooler from Mac but I told him to take his time because you can not rush perfection. Haha. As soon as all my parts come in I can finally get the party started!
Sounds like everything is coming together. Just take your time, never rush...
