Default Rich or lean??

ok here's the deal.. I got the turbo kit on.. 14b with 450's and afc hack, and I set the fuel settings and such and my egt is runnin aroun max 1000 f (located in the o2 housing) I check the plugs and they look white.. I connect the air/fuel gauge it runs rich under boost, and also check w/ the volt meter and it also reads rich; around .9 and stays there under boost.. but If I pull the plugs, they look kinda white.. WTF??? what am I to do about this??? I pulled the o2 and is is tannish black but plugs are white..
Can anyone help me on this as to what would be going on.. ?? heres my setup..

D16a6 (stock)
hf manifold to 14b turbo( wastegate 7psi)
450cc injectors w/ safc hack
boost,egt,oil press,and air/fuel gauges
dsm bov, 2 1/4 pipe w/ fmic
run 92 octane gas and timing is retard aproxx. 4-5 deg.

anything else let me know; Thanks,
-Tony

Take a close picture of your plugs, that will be the easiest way for someone to tell for sure. Anyway else would just be a guess.

Is it smoking? How did you retard your timing? I'm assuming your not using a real WB O2 sensor. Get your hands on a real one. EGT is mainly used for your timing tuning.
