Default Replacing head gasket

I will be staying stock thickness. Should I get Cometic or OEM?

I am getting a Bensons sleeved block with a steppwed deck, and not o-rings. It will be an LS/VTEC.

I've heard the OEM is just as good, I'm just wondering about how the stepped deck will affect it.

Thnaks guys.
