Default Hmmm, something here does not look right....

I'm guessing that i need a new flange welded onto this piping right?

why would a company sell you a bov and piping that wont even work together?

yah it's drag piping, but ****...i'd expect that when you order it all together they would ship you the proper materials for the job.

I'm thinking they just didn't look at the flanges side by side... they're similar flanges, but definatley not the same. You could make a temporary adapter plate pretty easily if you're anxious to get it going.

DRAG kits have used the Blitz BOV for years now, but if you want a different BOV they will supply the charge pipe with the appropriate flange and BOV... just let your dealer know when you order your kit or charge pipe set.

Just send back the Greddy valve and they'll send you back a Blitz or send back the pipe and they'll give you a new pipe w/ a type s flange if you want. Where did you get they kit from?

I think that is what he is saying. He ordered the BOV and piping from the same company and they did not put 2 and 2 together and send the piping with the coresponding flange.

I'm just wondering if he ordered the complete kit or just the pipe set. Alot of people just order the pipe set without even asking what BOV flange is on it. As far as I know DRAG doesn't even stock Greddy BOVs , only Blitz, so I'm wondering exactly what the details are, In any case DRAG is very good at handling stuff like this quickly, so it would be best to get in touch with the shop that he got it from...

Exactly, I made sure in my ordering process to double check that Everything would bolt right up and work fine.

Now i'm hoping this drag piping kit will work find with the sc50 turbo and lovefab mani i got.

BTW, I took the piping and bov up to local race car builder and he's going to cut that one off and weld a new one on for me.
