Default Reed valve ?

I was wondering if anyone knows of a place that supplies reed valves... particularly ones that seal under boost and open when vacuum is present... they need to flow fuel and air. I'm using this as a means to bypass vaccum that would normally be applied to the turbo when the throttle plates are closed... and instead divert/redistribute it around the impeller to the carb to avoid oil getting sucked out of the turbo.

This is on a draw-thru setup. And please don't reiterate the downsides of drawthru I know about them already. Let me die in peace. :D
