I asked this question along time ago.The real answer is you dont need recirculatory Blow off valve on hondas its only for cars that use MAF.

Re: recirculatory valve???? (Clone)
its only for FACTORY cars that cannot expell air before the exhaust tip.
A recirculatory valve cannot hurt you. Anyone that says otherwise is crazy! Lets take pressurized air and vent it to the atmosphere.. Vs. pressurized air and venting it into the air filter.

Re: recirculatory valve???? (crazychrisjdmcrx)
At low bost pressures it probarbly does not make a diference. However as boost pressure increases it is advisable to use either a blow off valve or a recirculating valve to stop the backward spinning motion of the turbo. This occurs when the throttle is suddenly closed under load, the pressure is build up between the throttle body and the compressor discharge with no where for the air to go but backwards and minimal flow foward. With a bv or rv this pressure would be released. My choise is the rv since the air would flow back to the suction of the compressor and if boost is instantly needed (eg after a quick gear change), it is already there, thus allowing a faster acceleration.
