MCCC (Mopar combustion chamber cleaner) works grate as well. I used it on my DSM and on friends civic with no problems. You can fiend it at a GM dealer but i think they stop making it so it might be hard to fiend.

I went to Honda yesterday to ask for Honda Top Engine Cleaner and they dont even sell it in Canada! I went to GM to ask for one, they sell a spray for throttle body and a liquid called Combustion Chamber Cleaner, but the guy said I dont recommend it for a fuel injected car.

Should i just try the ATF method?

if all your parts to clean are NOT assembled... like when you rebuild your engine, use some Easy-Off ( stuff to clean oven, ask to your mom ) it work very well to get the brownish color of the oil and the carbon deposit with a good scratch pad !
