Well school is almost over, time to start the turbo setup. I need a recomendation on an intercooler that will support 300hp max. I was looking at the PWR intercoolers,Spearco on ebay , and some custom ones, ex Starion intercool, Audi TT intercooler, and a Supra side mount intercooler.

This will go on a 01 LS integra, along with an inline pro manifold , 5 bolt t3/t4 turbo, e-cutout, 370 injectors and hondata. I need the intercooler to be able to fit behind the front cover without having to cut the grill. Can anyone reccomend a descent FMIC that will fit behind the cover.

well I think for max 300hp you can get away with a 18.5x6x3 core size from pwr. You will not have to cut the grill up with that size for sure. If you think your gonna want more power then that, id say jump up to a 20x8x3 core size but a little triming might have to be done.
