Okay this is my setup and my problem...


'94 hatch/B18B turbo/450cc DSM/AFC2/ITR fuel pump. I have a BorgWarner 3K-K26 turbo and I need to find a rebuild kit for it. It's leaking/burning oil.

When the engine is cold it runs great but once it warms up the vacuum drops from -760 mm/hg to -285_330 mm/hg. The engine hesitates and grey smoke starts coming out the tailpipe.

Now, I had to rotate the turbo housing a couple of times to make it fit(intercooler piping) the best way possible and I think one of the oil seals rupture cause the motor was fine before the turbo install... any ideas???

Compression 160/170/160/170 across.

Also where can I get the rebuilt kit for this turbo?
I bought it off ebay and I google it but nothing comes up about the kits!!!
