which one should make more power?? safer?? options??

it all depends what u put on them... if the same... imo the gsr will... personally i like the gsr heads better

the GSR is probably less money and has less compression which is better for the boost.

well if your rebuilding it doesnt matter about stock compression your going to lower it anyways

The only difference b/t a gsr and a itr is the pistons and rods and the crank. Therefore given all of all that, and you will rebuild, you might as well use the gsr block because

1) its cheaper!
2) Gsr and ITR blocks are the same thing if you strip it down to just the bare block.

Compression doesnt matter becuase if you plan on rebulding you can make your comprssion whatever you want. It all depends on the pistons you are going to use. The highest compression IMO is 10 to 1, if you are planning to run high boost. I mean you can run higher compression but you better have Haltech or DFI to controll the fuel. Your stock ecu wont be able to SAFELY controll the air/fuel mixture.
