You'd probably have to get a copy of an invoice directly from Garrett to be sure - CDM copies can now sometimes be perfect. I read an article about how certain Asian syndicates are using LASER SCANNERS to make perfect replicas. The author had a scanner do his watch, and had a perfect 3-D replica in 3 minutes.

Given Blaast's track record, I'd be predisposed to say NO. Head to HMT and read how many people have been "BLAASTed", gone through 2-3 rebuilds after a dozen miles each. Some of the same people have better luck with ebay knock-offs, so its not their oil setup thats the problem. He claims to rebuild with genuine Garrett, but I highly doubt it. Usually if it looks too good to be true - it is.

BTW I bought a used turbo just like that (t3/t04b, .48ar/stg1) for $200 (after selling the combo manifold) and its smoke-free. Good deals are out there, but not usually on ebay.

perfect visually is one thing, perfect material/quality wise is another.
