don't you have to drive it like 80-100 miles to get the readiness codes done?

yeah he drove it like 835 miles in about 2weeks and today he came back about the inspection problem, but usually we can drive a honda for bout five or ten miles and it will usually set the readiness codes, so i dont know why the codes hasnt set

Blue box. The readiness codes are random. Can go off in 5 miles or 150 miles. Only thing I would suggest is taking all turbo stuff off and get it tested. In texas 3 or more not readys equal failed. I would try priming the fuel pump a couple of times and see if it gets rid of the evap.
