ok no flames please, when you have a waste spring of say 7 psi for example, the ebc cannot control boost below that 7 psi spring right? or am i wrong? the ebc can only control the boost from whatever the spring is at and above?

 

correct. Your wastegate spring dictates the minimum boost pressure.
